Just wanted to post my update.
I caught a GU yesterday(5-Apr-2023).
And when I checked tracker today(6-Apr-2023), everything was marked as completed & COPR number has been generated.

Haven't received any mails yet.
Finally some progress! I have the same AOR and VO as you, hoping I see the same progress on my application as well soon :)

Would it make sense to submit additional documents through webform like T4s and letter of explanation to clarify some stuff officers might be confused about ?

I hope you get the interview. You'd have a good chance to explain. It's so tough to wait another 4 months. I hope it gets sorted out soon.
Thank you, I hope so too. But I don't want to wait for too long because my IELTS will expire this September and I'm not sure if I can get that kind of score haha, also will lose age point ugh -___-

@novemberrain your signature says you called IRCC on Apr 4 i.e Yesterday. Did the agent tell you anything about this when you called them?

Also, did you include a work experience letter with all your roles & responsibilities for this job? If you did, was it called out as part-time in the letter?
Nope, they didn't tell me anything at all lol. Same old same old. She didn't tell me that Eligibility was Review Required, she only said it was under review -_-
Yep, Letter of Experience for that job clearly had duties, hours, part-time job, pay rate and stuff, and Salary Certificate as it was paid in cash and I didn't get any e-receipt for them. They were literally pieces of paper lol and I don't think I kept them : )) I also attached the name card of the Founder of that English Center (also my direct manager).

Hi, don't be too pessimistic, it says "Recommend Interview". They might have an interview opportunity for you, right?
Yeah, I never saw that one before. Not sure about that. I'm willing to go on the interview call, would actually be interesting lol.

Wish you all the best buddy. I think you might receive an interview call or a PFL to explain yourself. Best luck
Ya, PFL will be serious, I don't want it because it means that they are planning to reject me due to misrepresentation. Hopefully just an interview.

Be one step ahead... You may send a proper LoE explaining that you were just confused with NOC codes and provide the correct code. Add a few details (briefly) about what actually you were doing as an instructor and just confused between these two similar NOC codes. Attach again a reference letter from that job making sure that duties are matching the correct NOC (add pay stubs if applicable). Put everything in one PDF. Apologize for the inconvenience and include your cell number mentioning that you're available to discuss this issue over the phone if needed and kindly asking to proceed further with your application. I wouldn't ask them to reject it, give a chance to the visa officer to accept your explanation, they are also humans and understand that people make mistakes. Good luck.
Yes, I talked to one RCIC and this was one of the options that he gave me: Clarify the record by indicating what mistake was made. In doing so, make a case for the correct NOC, which is also high skilled. On first evaluation, I believe you may be better suited to make a case - based on lead statement, indexed titles, and education requirements for NOC 41210) - College and Vocational Instructors. I believe you should break down all the above requirements, plus the duties, and demonstrate why this is correct. By doing so, my concern would be that you may lock yourself into a decision about this position's NOC, and you are giving more information for them to evaluate. From the perspective of advocating for yourself, and making honest, sincere declarations, I believe this strategy has merits.

I'm not really sure. I'd like this option too, but College and Vocational Instructors might be a little too... high for that job, although I did instruct University students and even professional workers like doctors, engineers, etc. But thank you for your input, very insightful!!

Hey everyone.
Copr number is available for me on tracker, I haven't received portal email though.
Issue is, on tracker, expiry date is tied to my old passport, which I updated a couple months ago, and got a confirmation that they've received my new document and "it's available for the officer to review"

Should I be worried? Expiry date is in 1 week! (With no portal email) I have seen people have copr bumber on tracker for months and still didn't get portal email.

Isn't CoPR something that's generated after portal email? How come so many of us have a number on our tracker?

P.S. I'm already in Canada.
