Thank you... my advice is this:
Look into what your application might be missing/causing issue

If Eligibility in progress, is there anything you missed when you provided documents?
If BCG is in progress, is there something that they could be unsure of?

For e.g. I submitted PCC of only 1 country that wasn't my home country since I turned 18 because I spent <6 months in my home country and other countries. I thought the NPC IRCC officers might think this is weird so I submitted PCCs of every country I lived in through web form. This really jump-started my application, my BGC became completed within 1 week

This could be coincidence but who knows what the hold up is.

I sent GCMS Jan 30th - no response till now. I even followed up - no reponse (bybye 5$).
I’m down $15 over the last 4.5 months haha

Guys, just got portal. Didnt expect all of this to happen so fast after so long without any movement. I'm in office but super pumped.

I will now be thinking and hoping for all of you. The wait is excruciating, it's best to take it one day at a time. Will be here to support all
I don’t believe it

Congratulations!
I was really enlightened by your idea. My security has been stuck for 1.5 months so far, and everything else is passed. I just submitted the PCC of my home country because I was in the exact same situation as you (i.e. spent < 6 months in my home country in the past 10 years).
Hopefully this will also somehow jump start my application. Thank you for your idea! Again, congratulations!

I called in just now.
They said info sharing in progress; security and criminality not started yet.
the reason he said is that we didn’t submitted pcc with the application thats why criminality was not started. We submitted PCC on Jan 19 after getting ADR as it was in process during file submission. Hoping things move sooner.

AOR: 22 Nov
Eligibility: passed on Dec 16
MEP/bio: feb 14
Background: not started (in tracker)

Hello Everyone! I am almost with all documents ready to upload!
I have a question! In which moment do a person that lives in Canada loses status? I was told at the moment you receive the email to access the portal and send the address, is it right? And the most important question: Can I wait 2 months to click in the link? Rr does it expires in few weeks? How does it works?
Thank you all.

You should reply to the portal mail with location as outside Canada if you're not in Canada or going outside very soon. Afaik you have only 7 days to respond once you get portal details. You lose status the moment you get e-CoPR, nothing to do with the mails.

I saw somewhere else someone responding after 20 days! So this is a record for the moment at my survey!!!

"1st portal email: Dec 23rd, 2022
Replied after coming back to Canada: Jan 13th, 2023
2nd portal email: Jan 17th, 2023"
