Does anyone know when the PR processing time starts from? For example, is it from the date we submitted the address and photo or the date the eCOPR is generated? Last I checked we are at 36 days processing time. Just want to know where we start counting from

I believe that's what makes it a "Ghost" Update. It is a sign that - at least applications are processing and hopefully wait time end is around the corner. For my PR approval, I got two ghost updates and within a week, got approval mail. Hopefully, one more week of waiting. I have to travel - which I am postponing since 2020. Maybe, finally April 2023
I think the next update will be within 7-10 days, hopefully PR Card Approved and Mailed. I also have noticed a GU today, if possible please tag me if you get any new update. All the best.
