Funding proof

Hi. Can anybody tell me is it necessary to show funding proofs at time of creating profile. If not than whats the correct time for showing them.
Also please guide me can we take provincial nomination for skilled immigration as well? Or not required.

You have to say you the funds because when you are invited you need to show the last 6 months of balance. Same for PNP, funds are required.

Thanks for your reply. But my question is do we need to show funds at time when we make profile at IRCC? Or when we get ITA. And of we sale any asset(car, gold) can we deposit all cash at once in bank account? Will it make any issue?
