Hi, has anyone ever been in a situation where their PRAA was been rejected in 2021, and when I went for judicial review the judge sent it back to immigration to be re-assessed, given the fact that the officer accepted my claims and yet still denied me.
So I was asked to bring more evidence before February 12 which I did by Feb 9th and yesterday I received a letter saying they reached a decision and I should come tomorrow for the appointment. My point is the took within a week to review the new evidence, my lawyer was shocked aswell, what does this mean?? I’m very anxious, does this often happen?
