No visas or jobs here. You need to do your own job search. Find an employer who cannot hire a barber in Canada and then files for LMIA. Then with LMIA you apply for a closed work permit. Not sure you will get a LMIA and closed work permit as a barber. In Canada, barbers are self employed and rent chairs in barber shops. They are not full-time, permanent employees.
