how can i get them if im trying to contact the provenance they say i need to have express entry profile so i cannot be nominated !
work offers i submitted more than 150 LEMIA job and they tell me you need to be in Canada for the job, if i have a job offer i can easily go to Canada !!

Please stop using exclamations. You don’t have certification that is for trades. You have a degree in accounting. So you say NO to certifications. You don’t have a job offer either so answer NO. What province?
