Excessive processing time PR card renewal - over 200 days

I submitted my pr card renewal on the online from on July 20 2022, its been over 200 days in the "submitted" stage with no change, anyone else in a similar situation? Or can offer some advice? I put in a web inquiry but they have not got back to me after a week.

I would reach out to a MP. Unfortunately it's not a transparent process. You already Tried Webform. May be try that again
