How did you manage to register since it doesn't let me register... Whenever I try to register it says: " Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet. "
I was getting the same error but when I gave the exact same place of birth as in my passport, I was able to create my account. In my passport the place of birth was like "xyz, abc" and I was initially providing only "xyz".

It was doing the same for me. Put your middle names in the first name field (match your application). Also match your place of birth with your passport or primary identity document used in your application.
I fiddled with capitals and it eventually let me create it.

Pretty underwhelming TBH lol. Exactly what they said on the phone, just more vague and less detail. I have also heard this is pretty delayed, meaning it could take a while to mirror a GU in your account.

Thanks both! Managed to create one.

@CanBrits, we have the same VO, AOR, and current status. I've called multiple times on the IRCC Hotline for the past week, but still no update after I received and submitted my RPRF Request Letter. I want to be patient and the silence is really testing it. Haha

Thanks for this! I was able to check mine and everything is done except for Eligibility (AOR Nov 16). It says "We’re making sure that you meet the requirements to be eligible for the spouse, partner or child class." But I'm a single applicant. Or is that a generic message?

Hopefully I get the portal email this week!
Yeah I think it’s a generic message it’s also showing spouse partner or child for me

Just received my CBSA notes ordered on 1/10/2023.

Inland CEC with inland dependent spouse
AOR 11/24/22
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed (12/20/22)
Medical: Passed (12/20/22)
Info Sharing: In Progress

PVO: CIO
SVO: Ottawa (several other posts pointed out that this is the actual processing office)

I noted that the files had only been touched by a program assistant on 12/20/22 when my R10 was passed (notes indicated "R10 OK") and they did medical, criminality, IELTS verification, education verification, PCC verification on the same day.

I have submitted additional information via CSE and they put down a note as well: "DOCUMENTS SET FOR REVIEW ---- Client Information Client Enquiry"

also I noted the following "TPP dated October 6, 2022: please review" I wonder what it is. I have gone through all of my submitted files and none of them is with the name abbreviation TPP or dated 10/6/22.

So we have already 5 applications including myself confirmed with zero movements since AOR: @v546 @canadavisaapplicant @cef09 @sanK0101
Please folks, if you know, post your primary & secondary visa offices along with status updates (Criminality, Eligibility and etc.) and whether you have inland or outland dependants.

I was able to create an account on the new IRCC tracker website which has been going around.
For me it shows Medical and Biometrics were completed on Dec 5. (AOR: 18th Nov)
Background Check and Eligibility - not completed yet.
Haven't tried calling IRCC yet, waiting for more updates on the portal.

Also I am single applicant inland, no dependents.

Hey guys, I have received my Portal Email, requesting my information, but I haven't heard anything since. I replied almost immediately and it has been 5 days since. Is anyone else in the same boat? I know that we are supposed to receive portal credentials in 24 hours. Any help is appreciated.

TPP refers to the temporary public policy that allows candidates applying within Canada to use old IME, I have the same thing. no need to worry about

Is your Medical "Passed" already or still "Reviewing"? I also submitted my Old Medical but mine still stays "Reviewing"

On CBSA note, it says Passed - Expired, on the status checking portal, it's passed. I read that other ppl may have it back to passed just right before they receive PPR... I'm not that worried about it.

I see. Mine is still "Reviewing" to this date. Passed Eligibility but Background Check is not yet started. Received an RPRF Request Letter on January 26th and haven't heard since then.

I have background check completed on Jan 31st, Eligibility not started, and CBSA notes says the "deadline" for that is 11/02. Keeping fingers crossed they will start working on it.
