Re: Q12 b) - Tell us when you filed your income taxes in the last five (5) years using the chart below.

Since the Tax Year is generated automatically, I'm unsure what I should enter for 2022. Tax slips are not issued yet for the previous year...I want to submit my citizenship application as soon as possible, but now I'm confused about whether I should wait for my 2022 taxes to be filled out first.

YES for Required to File and No in the next column later explain it where ever possible.

In the application it is mentioned that I should provide a signed copy of the online physical presence calculator. However, there this is no place to sign. Should I just print it and include it with my application?

Yes under required to file and no under taxes filed

you will share SIN and also click yes to approve IRCC collecting ur tax information. also make sure you file return by due date of April 30 to make sure if at all it’s verified later you are all good
