What is your citizenship and do you live in your home country? Have you ever tried to immigrate to another country? Applied for WP or SP in another country? Do you have family who lives in Canada or abroad? What are your ties to this friend? Do you have a long history of friendship? Canada is not a typical first international tourist location for most families since it is far away from most countries and expensive.

India yes i live in my home country, no not tried to immigrate to another country. No family in Canada or abroad. No have not met this friend for a long time.
I think the problem is I gave purpose as visit (TRV) and clubbed it with tourism.
How much liquid savings have you shown. What was the reason to travel to see this friend that you don’t know very well. Where have you traveled internationally with your family in the past 10 years? For how long approximately was each visit? How much liquid savings have you shown? Do both you and your spouse have longterm employment? Well paying? Are all your family living in India?
Even if they used Chinook this application does have some red flags. Visiting a friend that they don’t know well isn’t a good reason to spend 10k+ on a holiday,
Have shown liquid savings around Rs. 9 lakhs, other commercial and residential properties net worth certificate by Auditor values around Rs 50cr, we both are self-employed owning a reputed construction company lot of ongoing projects at different parts in Kerala INDIA. All family living in INDIA.Not much travel during covid times but before that mostly middle east and southeast Asia, I have done my MBA from Uk 2005.
It doesn’t make sense to spend around 1/3 of your savings to visit a childhood friend in Canada with all of your family. Canada looks at your personal income when evaluating funds. In your original posts it mentions that youare not overly close to this individual. It also doesn’t make sense that you would be willing to spend thousands of dollars for a judicial review to visit a childhood friend on top of a large portion of their savings. Most would move on and there are plenty of beautiful locations to visit around the world that are more affordable. Has your friend ever returned to India? When was the last time you met in person? How often have you seen each other in person over the years? Do you have proof of very regular communication between you two to justify how close you are and why you need to visit Canada. I would wait until you get GCMS notes to get further information to try and address any concerns. If this is just to visit a friend why the urgency?
It's just not only visiting my friend she happens to be there, but my primary purpose is also tourism, I would like sightseeing and visit places in Canada with my family, and I choose April, May as its ideal weather there and my kids have their long vacation during this time. We have whatsapp chat and email communications.
Even Justin Trudeau and Sean Fraser don't defend the IRCC's corrupt visa processing system the way you do!
You can reapply but suggest you state a shorter trip to show that you aren’t using 1/3 of your savings. Assume your travel itinerary was realistic and not driving half way across the country or a province to visit something. Must declare your refusal in any future applications.
