Please how many mb did you reduce the documents to for you to be able to upload it? I couldn’t upload mine cos it exceed 2mb. And when I reduced it, the write up wasn’t clear.

I didn't reduce them, they were approximately 600-700 kb per form after validation

I paid pending work permit fees and sent fax to ircc as per their instructions but status does not change in my gckey account still showing we need documents from you

there is some glitch in their system sometime after sending them documents the gckey portal gets updated immediately sometimes it keep showing old message, I suggest you send them message via webform to confirm if they received your documents and you will receive response back from them fairly soon.

What if she can’t find that email or she didn’t receive it. What should I do? I know some people have the same situation as me but I can’t find their post. So I‘d like to ask you guys agai.
