I applied as federal skilled worker 13 years ago.i was selected for immigration with my spouse and 3 dependent children.one child is epileptic and autistic.the immigration section wrote that I have to pay for my child for his excessive needs from state40,000 dollars.i denied as I had not so much amount.we refunded our landing fees.
Now after so long time I want to pay for him and want to have immigration . openions, relevant experience are welcomed. welcome

You have to reapply for immigration through the current immigration programs. You cannot reopen your old application.
