PR Card mailing Time

Hi guys,
I need your opinion here. GCkey shows that my card is approved in Nov 25 and mailed.

I still didn't receive it. I do have 2 questions

1) Approval date = Mailing date ?
2) it's normal that it has been 4 weeks after mailing but not received ( Post office takes 3 days maximum within Canada).

Your help will be appreciated

Did you get your card? How long did it end up taking?

Hi! They always say to wait up to 6 weeks to deliver after they mailed it but in my personal experience, anything taking over 3 weeks usually signifies that the card is lost in the mail. I had to call before and check and on the second call discovered that the card was delivered back to their office…. I’d recommend reaching out to them over phone and checking!
