My wife applied for study permit on 1 December .
Course: hospitality -hotel and Restaurant
College : st. Clair college centre of the arts windsor,Ontario
10th- 80% pass out in 2017
12th- 85% Arts streem pass out in 2019
PTE-83 : listening-86 , Reading-83 , speaking-69 , writing-89

When the College reviewed all my grades and qualifications. And offered me admission. What is the problem with the embassy to reject on qualification grounds, when people with 7-10 backlogs and 47-55% in their 12th are getting their visas?

Embassy reject my file with this thrre point.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR.I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous studies, mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, and/or your future prospects and plans.

Can anyone please help me with suggestions for re-apply?

Thank you

Post under International Students, not Refugees (unless you are). When you repost include her age, past post Secondary education and current job (as education and job should relate to the program), and funds. IELTS or CELIP are only accepted so PTE is not considered. Include her career plans to justify costs.

All education and job were related to the program. Her job was related with her course. She was front exicutive in her job. And why PTE is not considered? If it is not considered then why all over there are PTE class. They should v closed.

Again, you are posting to the wrong section of the forum.

You need to post your question to the International Students section of the forum.
