I am sorry sir, I am not sure about this scenario. It is better to ask some Immigration consultant about it.

and if still you have doubt then it is better to show the income including your brother because it is better not to give any questionable point to immigration officer- whosoever will be seeing your case.

Same situation for my mother. She gave medical and then 3 sputum tests and now asked for additional medical after 90 days.

My mother told me that she has never had TB. But still the additional tests for her.

Even after one more X-Ray (No sign of TB as per doctor) yesterday, they still want to do a CT-Scan next month to rule out TB. Three Sputum samples were given for the second time. They said the Sputum test report will come after 7 weeks.

is there anyone who has had to get a Police Certificate from UAE for their parents who don't have an Emirates ID? My parent lived there but moved back to Pakistan 15 years ago. The process of obtaining the PC is not very clear.

when the medical gets delayed this way do you have to communicate with CIC to let them know or which the medical facility communication on your behalf?

Everything is done Medical, Pcc and all the requested documents like aadhar card, marrg certi,etc were submitted in October but haven’t heard back from them since.

can someone please suggest if I should take any action like request MP to look into the file process or wait? Please reply

No further updates so far
Have initiated multiple webforms with IRCC, no update other than application is 'In Progress'

Is there anyone sailing on the same boat?
Is that a matter of concern?
Is there an email or better way to connect with IRCC for updates?
