Doesn’t matter that there are vacancies, You cannot work on a visitor visa that would be illegal.

You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job with employment letters, IELTs and ECAs or your degrees.

A visitor CANNOT work.
You need to get a work permit. Only one with a work permit can work legally in Canada. Working illegally will impact any future visa/immigration applications.
Doesn't matter if there are jobs out there.

No - they cannot work. Working on a TRV is illegal.

I mean bank accounts, insurance or car.house.
My husband is living in Canada and working there, I'm living in different country.
He is coming to visit me when he has vacation.
