Super visa for mother and father in law

My wife is not currently working in Canada, can she apply for super visa for her parents showing my income details? Both of us are PR and have been staying in Canada for 6+ years. This is the first time her parents would be visiting. Also, did anyone apply for super visa lately? heard there are some ongoing delays.
