Fake. Farm Boy would not give LMIAs and you can’t get citizenship by just applying for a job. Don’t give any money.
It's a scam. Don't give him any money. The job offer is fake and it's impossible to get citizenship directly.
You will need to pursue this through your local police and courty system. Most likely the money is gone and you can't get it back.
You have wasted this money and your questions concern me about how "street smart" you are. You're lucky that 35,000 rs isn't that much money at the end of the day. Other people have wasted their whole life savings.
Take a pause and a moment to reflect on what has happened here. You are so desperate to come to Canada that you're paying con artists money, and not asking the right questions. How on earth can a lawyer promise you citizenship? Why would a company like Farm Boy, which usually hires pretty white women with excellent English - why would they get an LMIA to you of all people and bring you from India?
If it is too good to be true, it nearly always is.
You need to be more discerning, careful and ask tough questions and have some common sense to not fall into these traps.
