Hello everyone,
I have update on the file. Was Transfered to Vancouver Office.
Received the medical request but I have question regarding that.
parents did upfront medical before go to india. Now letter says "Required to undergo the medical examination within 30 days of the date of this letter".
Upfront medical doesn't have IME number but it has UMI number.

Do they need to go for medical again or I can send upfront medical report via webform?

Medical request has wrong country of birth.

Please advise need urgently.

Got our pre arrival on 12th Oct but no update after that. Parents were planning to visit but now we are confused whether to wait for PPR and then come or other way.
How much time is it taking post Pre arrival roughly to get the PPR?

They generate the UMI number . Not IME number.
IME number generate by IRCC.

Hi, yesterday we got a request to submit the passport. Our file was transferred to Vancouver office mid of April and PCC was submitted Sep 14th.

I had applied for my parents under PGP 2021 program and just now received the medical request for both of them but to our surprise also received the medical request for my elder sister(not-dependent on my parents, married and settled in india) and was not included in the original application.

How should i approach this problem ?

I am in the same situation. My brother received a medical request, he is 35 years old. Him and my parents all passed medical. I dont know if he will be getting PR or not?

Same for me. Got sponser approval on Sept. 7, file was transferred to Vancouver office. Received medical request yesterday. Finally seeing some movement on files in the Vancouver office.

They said they can not add IME number.

I added my mother's upfront medical via webform and after 2 months the status of her medical got updated on the portal. I also enclosed the letter we got from hospital as a proof when I got the actual letter from IRCC asking for her medical. I hope this helps. Cheers!

Did anyone get email to redo medicals with further test instructions sent to the doctor? My father did his test 9 days back and today he got an email to redo medical test. he is a heart patient and has a prostrate gland issue. Does that make him inadmissible? What makes a person medically inadmissible? Can anyone help me understand?
