You dont need to fill out Section 5 if the employee is living outI’m preparing a job offer for a child care provider (Outside of Canada). She is a distant relative. I have a few questions:
— Employee would be accompanied by her husband and three kids and she will be living out. Would salary of 17.5$ per hour would be enough (Ontario)? AFAIK median wage in Ontario for Child care provider is 16.52$ per hour.
-- What should be the duration of contract? I have written 24 months?
-- Do we need to offer any other benefits? (Dental, pension etc.)
-- If employee is living out, do we still need to fill SECTION 5 (Live-in arrangement) in employment offer?
Thanks
