My wife's decision made on 20th July. Everything has completed. Waiting for oath since then. Saskatoon office.

Hi, I am in Regina and not sure if my office is also Saskatoon as well or they also have an office in Regina but I think its Saskatoon. Anyway I had all other stages completed on the 23rd of June and received a call sometime in mid August to take part in an in person ceremony end of August but unfortunately due to reasons beyond my control I could not attend and I was told I will be put back in the queue and will be rescheduled for a virtual ceremony in the future. Meaning it took about 2 months to get an oath date

So while I was scrolling in the forum I noticed that someone from Saskatoon who had their decision made in October had received an invite for oath in November. I then emailed the Saskatchewan office last week Monday on the 25th of October and said I notice that people who have their decision made recently from the Saskatoon office are already getting oath invite and wanted to check if my application is okay or maybe they forget about it. They responded and said I am in the queue for ceremony but cannot give an exact timeline of when I will be invited. After 4 days which was last Friday the 28th of October I received my invite for oath ceremony.
Maybe try emailing, it will make them have a look at your application. Hope it helps.

For my spouse everything was completed on 6th July and got oath invite on 10th Oct. By that timeline you would probably get the invite this month.

Guys FYI, for those awaiting for Interview and you are outside CANADA, the procedure is exactly the same as taking the test. YOU CAN DO THE INTERVIEW ONLINE. I have asked Vancouver Office and here is their reply :

Thank you for your email. The notice to appear for your virtual citizenship event on XXX 2022 was sent to you via email on October XX 2022. If you have not received this notice, please advise our office in reply to this email.

You are able to attend the event outside of Canada.

Hello,

I received an email asking for my travel history from my physical presence dates that I had provided last year.
1. My question is Should I reply back to the same email with the pdf / photos and is there any particular format should I follow ?
2. Also do I need to provide all the passport pages(Bio + stamping pages) or only the pages which are involved in the physical presence dates ?
other issue is While my citizenship application is under process, I had to renew my passport (so now i have two passports).
3. Along with the requested passport pages, do I need to scan and add my Provincial Photo ID to the PDF Document ?
Please let me know with your inputs.

Whoa. Is this for an interview or for the actual oath ceremony?

Ow it's for the citizenship interview ONLY . Ceremony NEEDS to be in Canada. you have to tell them that you are outside Canada when doing test and interview.

one of my housemate been waiting for almost 5 months since he took the test and completed on june 28 and he got invitation for interview Nov 09, 2022. and asked the travel documents pics at the same time, he is AUG 2021 applicant. Vancouver office. only BG and test completed so far, the rest are in progress.

1. my best advice would be just please follow what they say. and explain that you actually have sent it also last year. so send them again.
2. All pages, BIO + all pages (including blank pages) one book of passport. only passport which actually covers the 5 years eligibility thou. not the new one that you just got.
3. I believe only passport that they usually ask, ID or DL, no need unless it's specified saying that they ask ID or DL (which is super rare).

Got an update on today's date but there is no new update it just has a star next to Background Verification completed and test completed

BG was done in May and Test in April so am kinda confused why is it showing as new update ??

Hi everyone, I got an update on the tracker that I am scheduled for Oath Ceremony on Nov 22 and that they have sent me details on ceremony and everything by email. Problem is, I still haven't received the any details by email, moreover, I didn't even get an email on update on tracker. Anybody in the same boat? I also sent them a webform query, no response yet. What should be my next steps? how to even find what office my application is being processed, so I can send them an email? I applied from Toronto, Online application, if that helps.

Give it a week or so for the email. Email address should indicate the office.
