It's the tracker updated date. If I see the activity then that was updated on 15th October. So it took 3 days to reflect in the tracker. Same with the oath date. It was updated on 1st November but reflected in the tracker today.
In think you can expect yours anytime soon. Good luck .

No, just received the certificates today.

Yeah. My fingerprints were requested right after test was done. Took about a month from when they were requested to background being cleared. The exact dates are in my signature.

I have a very common name, so wasn't surprised

Other than that I'm in the same boat as the others here, waiting for DM from Niagara falls.
