It was actually on the sponsor approval letter. It stated that I was approved as a sponsor and that the case was being transferred to London

Final decision has been made to the application.
The status has been updated to 'Approved' today.
My parents are awaiting for their passport and COPR, which I think it would take couple of days.

Yes. It should be done via web form.
Although, I think the current response time for web form is 2-3 months.
