in need of a solutions for a potential PR application ! HELP

Hello guys ; thanks for who ever will read this and help me out !

I am currently living in canada , Toronto for more than a year with a working visa that i obtained during covid

My expiration date for my working visa is July 2023. - I have one close relative ( sister with canadian nationality ) here as well.

I have been working for a year full time for the same company but i wasnt aware of the NOC system; my job being a NOC-C ( 6551 ) i am unfortunely not eligible for any entry EXPRESS

I was wondering what could be my options for me now to get acces to a PR ? i am bilingual in french and english but its not helpful much considering that because of my current profession i'm not eligible to most way for a PR

Please any idea on what i can do there ? it looks a little bit desesperate

the only options i found somehow decent would be the Nominee province program for New brunswick that allow NOC-C applicant

but here is my concern about it ;

Do i need to be in new brunswick before applying ?

Since it looks i need to have a job offer ; i need to find a company that will wait before hiring me ?

How long will the process be beetween the application ; and the moment i can get the PR ?

Your only option is AIPP for New Brunswick. You need a job offer from a designated employer to apply. The NB PNP programs are through Express Entry or Skilled Workers (link) where you need to be in a specific NOC.

Or for Ontario, you find employment and job offer in one of the skill areas.

It looks a little bit unfair ; i'm willing to relocate any where in canada in order to be eligible in a way or another and as a fully bilingual french speaker i am supposed to be somehow valuable for canada

How come it looks like i cant apply anywhere ? Do i really should consider giving up ?

Look at AIPP (Atlantic Provinces) or other Atlantic Provinces, you will need a job offer (can be NOC C) from designated employer. Look at Rurual and Northern Programs, you will need a job offer. Look at Quebec Immigration if fluent.
