Prior names?

I’m filling out the sponsorship application and it’s asking for any prior names I’ve used. I have both a maiden name, as well as the last name from my first husband. It only appears to be able to hold one additional name. What do I do?

I have the same question, I am filling out IMM 1344e, and under SPONSOR PERSONAL DETAILS, Question 2 says, "Have you ever used any other name (e.g. Nickname, maiden name, alias, etc.) with a box for "Family name(s)" and "Given name(s)" and commas are not allowed by the validate button.

So how do you enter more than one previous name?

Add a separate piece of paper, letter of explanation, to show additional ones. Keep it brief and factual.

You can do this for most parts of the application if for some reason does not fit.
