yes..PPR..outland application but currently inland, so submitted details via webform for virtual landing..no response yet

Hi Everyone, my spouse is June 2021 applicant with a dependant child (1 year ), we recently received PPR, however, the PPR mentioned only my wife's name, should I wait for my daughters or send both passports in envelop?

Medical and biometric completed in march
Eligibility completed in may
Pre arrival may 2022
I am stuck at background verification
What’s the reason its not moving ?
I submitted PCC while application (issue date on pcc april 2021)
Should i apply for PCC again before asking by IRCC?
