Hello, I am currently in a difficult situation, so I would like to get advice and ask for a solution if there is a solution. I applied PNP last May also, open work permit too then I waited while waiting for the cash job until the open work permit came out. but yesterday IRCC requires T4 2021, last 4months pay stub, last 6months all bank account and credit card as well, so what can I do ?

Contact a real lawyer not a forum. They suspect people are working for cash which is why they ask for bank records from people.

Ask a lawyer. Seems you are working under the table and you and your employer are not declaring income/work.

You applied for PNP last May and then while waiting worked for a "cash job"?

Let's get a few things straight here. On what basis did you work? Did you have a valid visa or implied status allowing you to work?

Your employer is allowed to pay you in cash/check so long as all declaration are made. But so long as you do all of that on a valid visa.

Let's get a few things straight here. On what basis did you work? Did you have a valid visa or implied status allowing you to work?

What is your status in Canada. Again you need a lawyer, you are working under the table and not declaring income (or are you) and your employer probably not declaring income either.

Assume that means you had a closed WP. You keep saying cash job but that really means working illegally when you weren’t supposed to work. Was the PNP dependent on your job? Confused as to how you qualified for an OWP. You need to be working with a lawyer because I assume you likely deposited your cash payments so they will appear on your bank records.

I have closed work permit and it will be expired 2023 July. The other hand, I applied bridge open work permit in May anyway, my currently visa is close

Would trust your lawyer’s advice. In general Canada tends to forgive the truth versus lying but I am not a lawyer or giving you advice. Youshould stop working illegally.

What did the 2 lawyers tell you, and what do you mean they are not “real.” You are on a closed work permit and working illegally and being paid in cash. IRCC has figured it out, and want to see your bank statements, pay stubs etc. The moderators of this forum are immigration lawyers.
