I did'nt get any response from IRCC but i just found out that my husband's application has been sent back to Canada

Hi, I have got bit confused regarding the following issue: my application status for both 'eligibility check' and 'background check' is being shown as 'in progress in the online GCKey account. But in the application tracker portal the status for both of the above mentioned stages is being appeared as 'Not started'. As you guys know they both are the official IRCC accounts. I am not sure which acct is more accurate than the other. Anyone who ever faced such an issue, please share your thoughts.
yes they are both official sites and im facing same situation since 8 months
Asalamu Alaikim, Also, London vac few days ago asked for a document to submit. I uploaded the document in the GCKey acct under View submitted application or upload documents' section. Now the document has been uploaded and is visible but with a message that 'Uploaded - not submitted to IRCC'. There is no tab there asking for 'submit' or 'next' etc action. Please advise.

We need your help. We have an outland spousal application in process and on the PR-Tracker, we see that on Sept. 15, 2022, the medical exam activity was updated to in progress. The issue is that we never received any instructions related to the medical exam. We checked our emails and junk/spam folders and nothing in there. Also, we noticed an IME document number appeared under Documents tab, in the PR-Tracker.
Did someone experience this type of situation?
What should we do?
Should we wait or email the immigration office? Our visa office is London.

scroll to the end of the page and there should be a button there to submit it to ircc which requires your name.
I checked there already (and everywhere) and nothing as well. I am not sure what should we do. If they give us 30 days to do the medical than we have already lost 10 days and no instructions yet.

October 2021 - LVO
After medical in April there was dead silence. On Sept 16th TR tracker updated (eligibility and bg completed) and received COPR document number, got pre-arrival, got DM on ECAS.
But no PPR so far. Can someone suggest what do I do to get ppr? Its been almost 10 days since all this happened. I have emailed LVO on Friday but no update.
Please suggest. Jazak Allah!
