do I have to mention my refusal more than 15 years, I applied on 2003 or 2004 if i want to apply for visit visa now on 2022

Thank you, so need to mention that the issue that I forgot which year you exactly I applied because it is long time ago. So in the application do I need to mention the year or it’s enough to write only I applied before without mentioning the year in detials

You need to mention the year and reason for refusal.

If you are not sure of the year, then make your best guess and then include an LOE explaining that you aren't sure about the year and don't remember the refusal reason.
