This is a little tricky one but in my understanding, you should be good. If you think about Form imm5768, Section 14, you need to provide the Gross Income and Family size. You make sure that you provide the right family size (excluding the new born in 2019).
Hope this helps.
Thanks!
@smiling_face Here is my case:
Family size in 2020 = 4 (meeting MNI) (including parents that will be sponsored)
Family size in 2019 = 4 (meeting MNI) (including parents that will be sponsored)
Family size in 2018 = 3 (meeting MNI for 3 people and NOT for 4 people) (I married in 2019 and that is when my family size increased)
I have a similar scenario where I got married in 2019 adding my spouse with a total family size of 4. I clearly mentioned in Form imm5768, Section 14 along with the explanation letter for the year 2018 that my family size was only 3, and based on that I am meeting the MNI requirement. However, IRCC caseworkers are so stupid and uneducated that they have sent me a sponsor ineligible letter counting my family size 4 for 2018. Hence, @ALM123 I would advise you to be ready to fight as you should meet the requirement on the basis of the CIC example if anything goes wrong.
Were you able to figure this out? Did you upload anything, or have ignored this for now?I notice the same thing under my mom and dad optional documents section and no mention of what is missing
Hi, I've see something strange in my GC portal, inside documents section,
Document Name : 'Client Information'
Details : 'Not Provided'
Options : <blank>
Required by : <blank>
Has anyone else seen this in my GC key portal? I don't know if I need to upload something or is this just a glitch?
I have the same status, says required by October 7. Looks like a glitch.I can see the same thing in my application but required by Oct 6th. It calculates a new date every day. The day before yesterday, 4th Oct, yesterday the date was 5th Oct and today 6th Oct.
It is a glitch. Confirmed by someone on this thread - https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...lient-information-please.615307/post-10215168I have the same status, says required by October 7. Looks like a glitch.
Form IMM5406 must be filled out by any dependent children of the principal applicant who are 18 or older, whether they are coming to Canada with the principal applicant or not. That means that if you have one 18 year old child as part of the sponsorship application, you need two of these forms in your application package.Hello Everyone,
I received email from government to provide forms IMM5406 for principle applicant (my Dad) again and its mentioned that all dependents less or above 18 must sign form, so do i have to fill this form for all his kids ?? none of my siblings will be included in this application. I am confuse how to move forward. any help would be appreciated. does anyone know best phone number to get help from CIC call center on this topic??
Best thing is to call them ,but in principle the cost of parents sponsorship should be $ 2160 the Biometrics for 2 should be $ 340 ,as for how you can confirm if they received the payment of $ 2100 we all did the payment through a credit card and if you got your receipt then its a proof of payment ,worst scenario would be they will return the payment of $ 2100 to the same method of payment that is if the decision was a refusal .( but again best thing would be to call them )Dear friends,
My PGP application was returned.
I initially submitted the PGP application with a wrong copy of the receipt of payment. When I later discovered the mistake, I filled in the webform requesting them to append the receipt to the application. The amount paid was 2100 CAD for both grandparents. Just today, I saw that the status in the application portal has changed to returned and a letter was sent to my email requesting a payment of 700 CAD within 30 days.
Is anyone else in the same situation? Why are they requesting for another 700 CAD? How can I confirm if they received the 2100 CAD initially paid?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
