This is a little tricky one but in my understanding, you should be good. If you think about Form imm5768, Section 14, you need to provide the Gross Income and Family size. You make sure that you provide the right family size (excluding the new born in 2019).

Hope this helps.

Thanks!
Thanks i think i got my answer. i am good based on the example on ircc website.

Hi,

Can someone help to link my mom's file to my CIC account?
1. File submitted online on 3/Nov/2021.
Status on this website is submitted only. never changed. https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login
2. Medical done on 20/May
3. Biometric done on 26/May
4. PCC & additional documents requested by CIC was submitted through email on 21/Jul.
5. I have a file number/ UCI number but I am unable to link it with my CIC account.
6. I received the below letter on 23/Aug & I submitted all the documents again through email on 12/Sep.

Please advise.

@smiling_face Here is my case:
Family size in 2020 = 4 (meeting MNI) (including parents that will be sponsored)
Family size in 2019 = 4 (meeting MNI) (including parents that will be sponsored)
Family size in 2018 = 3 (meeting MNI for 3 people and NOT for 4 people) (I married in 2019 and that is when my family size increased)

I have a similar scenario where I got married in 2019 adding my spouse with a total family size of 4. I clearly mentioned in Form imm5768, Section 14 along with the explanation letter for the year 2018 that my family size was only 3, and based on that I am meeting the MNI requirement. However, IRCC caseworkers are so stupid and uneducated that they have sent me a sponsor ineligible letter counting my family size 4 for 2018. Hence, @ALM123 I would advise you to be ready to fight as you should meet the requirement on the basis of the CIC example if anything goes wrong.

@B.patel Is your spouse a co-signer?

Hi, I've see something strange in my GC portal, inside documents section,

Document Name : 'Client Information'
Details : 'Not Provided'
Options : <blank>
Required by : <blank>

Has anyone else seen this in my GC key portal? I don't know if I need to upload something or is this just a glitch?

Hi,
My caseID was 10 (completed), then changed to 7 (submitted) and I understand why; had a baby this year so I guess they need to review further. However, I see that rejectionReasons doesn't say null. Please let me know if any of you have a caseID7 and what your rejectionReasons says. This is worrying as I saw someone's said "null". I meet the financial requirements for I, husband, child, my mother and one dependant, however I'm not sure what this means. (submitted December 6th, AOR May12th, no further communication)
rejectionReasons: []

specialProgramId: null

Dear friends,
My PGP application was returned.
I initially submitted the PGP application with a wrong copy of the receipt of payment. When I later discovered the mistake, I filled in the webform requesting them to append the receipt to the application. The amount paid was 2100 CAD for both grandparents. Just today, I saw that the status in the application portal has changed to returned and a letter was sent to my email requesting a payment of 700 CAD within 30 days.

Is anyone else in the same situation? Why are they requesting for another 700 CAD? How can I confirm if they received the 2100 CAD initially paid?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
