Recipient Address in Employer NOC letter for Visitor Visa

Hi all,

I am looking to bring my wife over on a visitor visa and wanted to know what the recipient address needs to be on her employer NOC letter. Can I just mention 'Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada' or does it have be any Embassy / Consulate address?
