I know that. But one of my PCCs got lost in the mail (and no, this country doesn't send it through private couriers), so I have to redo it. Again, it's not about confidence, I just know how things can go south when you're dealing with so many documents from different countries. I'd much rather enter the pool a bit later than declining an ITA. You may not agree with it, but then again everyone's situation is a bit different.

no, i got it on 17th Aug & i had created my profile in Sept' 21. I had received the email a couple of hours after the draw..
