You should expect golden email soon. :) Quick question - Did your medical show passed? My spouse medical is about to expire but gckey account shows medical as passed so not sure will i need the re-med for her or not.
No, it didn't show as passed, it was showing as 'we are reviewing the results of your medical exams' since December last year (so for about 8 months it was like that), and it never changed to expired.
I don't recommend going for upfront medicals if it's still showing as passed in your profile. Even if it expires they may extend it, this is probably the case with my dependent's medical. He did his last year in June and seems like they extended them for him because they haven't asked for remeds for him or at least not yet.

Oh and they extended my own medicals ONCE, which covered two years post-AOR, but since my application is beyond two years of processing time it seems like they didn't extend it a second time.
This is stupid because I'm still under 30 and perfectly healthy so why did I have to pay another 320 euros of medical expenses for their crazy processing time?

That's so dumb on their side. Because of their crazy processing times why do we have to pay? Also i recently got GCMS notes and there has been no update since June. Security is in progress that's all they keep saying on call.

Hello everyone,

We have received the PPR.

Here is the timeline:

--> Primary applicant (Me): AOR: Feb 21st 2021
---> PA biometrics --> April 21
--> We got married in December 2021 and added my spouse to the profile post that
--> Added to profile on June 20th 2022 (submitted all documents, Schedule A, marriage proof etc.)
--->Remed request for PA and first time medicals for dependent for me June 22nd 2022
---> Meds pass July 4th 2022
--> My biometrics August 16th 2022
--> PPR email on 25th August!!
--> COR, Delhi, India

Hope everyone gets the mail on the forum!

I have a few questions and I would be grateful for any help:

-->The PPR document starts with the following, correct? Please confirm the same --> "The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, your permanent residence visa" This is THE PPR correct? Or should I wait for any more documents?

---> The PPR is addressed to the principal applicant only? My spouse has not received any document and the one in the GC Key portal is in my name. Please confirm.

--> We are looking at physically going to the VFS centre and submitting the passport, however, the VFS webform asks for number of passport submission for which we have selected "2" and it also asks for "Please upload the first page of each applicant's passport submission letter "...What letter should I submit for my spouse as I have not received any document addressed to my spouse?!

---> Should we choose the two way service by VFS, what are the charges for the same? And should two different packages be made or just one?

THANKS TO THIS AMAZONG FORUM! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!

Anyone with VO Montreal has any update? :( I'm still hopelessly waiting
no update, those half-assed bhadwas are so incompetent and my patience is wearing thin now. Added Spousal ADR's in Dec'2021 and no update ever since. Literally takes a lot of effort on somebody's part to rile me up so good. Fuck them.

Yeah seriously, my spouse PCC now already expired since I first submitted hers (6-month validity I think). Medical will expire in Jan 2023 also. Will be pissed if we have to redo and pay all again just because IRCC is dragging the time.

You haven't received the BIL yet? @baryonix
I never got BIL, but in GCMS note in the Outgoing Document, I see one file with title/IMM form number similar to BIL, but it showed Cancelled. I think because my spouse already gave Biometrics for Visitor visa before. I also see her biometrics in GC Key portal

The same thing happened to my case. Even though I included my partner's PCC when I submitted relevant documents for adding dependent in Jan 2022, they didn't look at the file until August 2022 and then the PCC went expired. They even asked me to submit a new one.

If spouse is added to the application after copr, do they look at CRS score again? And then reject the application if it's lower than before?

You mentioned: "My biometrics August 16th 2022"
I'm guessing you meant your spouse's biometrics, right?
By the way, VO?

-->The PPR document starts with the following, correct? Please confirm the same --> "The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, your permanent residence visa" This is THE PPR correct? Or should I wait for any more documents? - Yes this is the PPR.

---> Should we choose the two way service by VFS, what are the charges for the same? And should two different packages be made or just one? - Two separate packages for sure. VFS will send you an email clearly mentioning this.

No idea about the other two questions, though.

I am on the same exact boat. I had submitted all the required docs they asked for (PCC, Medical, Schedule A) on June 29 and since then there has been no progress all I hear is security is in process which weirdly was passed before.
