I would suggest to wait. I completed test on Apr-13 and still waiting for language/physical/prohibitions to complete. There are many people I guess who are still waiting for test invite.
I am expecting to get oath by year end, but won't be surprised if it's even further delayed.!

What is your processing office? Email your processing office asking for oath date. Most people who have done that were scheduled for oath shortly after. Glad to see that I'm not the only 2021 applicant waiting way longer than normal between DM and oath, although it's unfortunate that we're both in this situation.

After emailing my processing office, Language and prohibitions turned to completed the same day. however physical presence has remained in progress.
Most people get all 3 completed at same time. my problem is I applied for citizenship with only 1097 days. bare minimum pretty much.. any chance they are looking into that deeper.?? or is it something else.

With so few days above the 1095 minimum, if you had any travel, then they might be taking more time and care to make sure you didn't miss any days (or more than 2 days to bring you below the 1095 minimum, as it is a hard and fast rule that your application must be rejected if you are even 1 day below 1095.

We are in similar situation, my Everything changed to complete on July 4. Nothing since then. I am originally a June 9 paper applicant due to missed minor docs resent Aug 9. I postponed travel plans waiting. Im also thinking to send WEBFORM. My office is Surrey. How about your office @tonymeland ?

Oath ceremony In progress on July 29th (updated on August 1st in IRCC portal). Oath to be taken on August 18th. Email invitation not received yet. So I presumed July 19th was DM because Presence and Prohibitions were both completed on that date.

Language skills still in progress and Citizenship test still not started. And I guess they will remain like that because due to the age requirement, my spouse doesn't have to do the test nor provide a proof of language skills.

Email them first. Many people have had luck getting oath scheduled after emailing their processing offices.

It’s been 3 weeks since I e-mailed them, no response yet. Now I am planning to order GCMS. Can someone share the link of GCMS ordering page? Thanks.

I am not aware of in-person pickup.
As you are taking oath in SK office (virtual), the certificate would probably be printed and sent from SK.

That being said, you can email IRCC asking how long does it take for them to dispatch the certificate after the oath ceremony, and if there is a process to expedite the print+dispatch process if it is urgently needed.

I have little info about SK office and the timeline looks like
* Application Close - 1 week after receiving the signed oath form
* Certificate Dispatch - 1.5 week after Application Close
* Certificate Received (inside SK) - 1 week after Dispatch via Canada Post.
So this is still within their 2-4 week ETC.

Had my oath today, it is possible to do in-person pickup. However unfortunately my oath was done by MB office and I am in ON so couldn’t pick it up myself. Hoping the certificate would be delivered before Aug 26 but it seems unlikely to me.

There is the ECAS found here https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas

However, my understanding is that it does not work for people who applied online for the citizenship. You can search the forums with 'ECAS' as the key word.

Besides those IRCC trackers, people in the forums often refer to 'the tracker' as being the google sheets that some admin person maintains for the different applications like PR, citizenship and such. The tracker for citizenship applicants of 2021 is here
