Also you mentioned how last time they asked you to reach to country specific. In that case dis they say that have forwarded to the responsible officer or not?
No they don't and that is the issue. So now your time will start today for your VAC.

Hi All,

I am starting a new thread for everyone that has applied for Super Visa but have not paid medical insurance for the full year. Or in other words if you have taken our monthly installment plan. 2 People have already received refusals as the policy came into effect on 4th July as per "https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/visitors/super-visa.html".

The issue now is even if you submit updated Medical Insurance for the whole year through webform but your application is processed before the VO looks at your webform you will automatically get refusal. This is not acceptable at all.

But I am starting this thread to see how many applicants purchased monthly instalments for Super Visa Medical insurance. Maybe we can all team up and write a letter or something so we all don't get refusals.
Hi i have applied before July 4th. Does full payment of Insurance applicable to my parents application??

It has been 125 days in processing.
the current ongoing processing time is 134 days.
so i think we are going to wait for another week and then reapply.
dont know if we should withdraw and reapply or simply reapply.

With the amount of refusals coming through for Insurance stuff I would suggest you put in withdrawal application ASAP and then re-apply with a fresh application.

This is what I have been trying to find out as well whether refusals are happening for applications before 4th July or only after. It seems like a gray area.

Depends on your VAC...Some VACs take 30 days to process webforms others take less time.

All the refusals i have seen are from July month. Correct?
Yes most refusals are from July so far you are correct. So you might still classify under old rules.

I have been waiting impatiently for all these months. I will try to wait another week and a half after exhausting all other options. Let's see what happens. :)
You never know. Right! ;)

Your eligibility has still not started from the look of things.
I applied on Feb 27th and mine was same until last month. My MP got me update in this format:
  • Criminality has been passed.
  • Medical has been passed.
    • Medical is valid until the 11th of February 2023.
  • Eligibility has not yet started.
  • Security has not yet started.
  • There are no outstanding documents needed at this time.
  • This application is in progress at this time.
So my eligibility started on 20th July and then refusal same day.
