Hi, I applied for my study visa for intake September 2021. But haven’t received anything about it. I took 1 year course, and I started studying online in my home country. Now, my course is finished, still I didn’t get my study visa, not even refusal. So now I am wondering, can I apply for my Post Graduate Work Permit(PGWP) while staying outside Canada. Any suggestion please!!

Unfortunately you are not eligible for Work Permit. There are three eligibility conditions needs to be met
- have a study permit
- have been approved for a study permit
- have submitted a study permit application prior to beginning their program that was eventually approved
