you need find an employer who will hire you as caregiver then apply with all required documents eg: IELTS, ECA . Yes you can bring your dependents under this pathway. READ IRCC WEBSITE FOR MORE DETAILS

hi experience not mandatory by IRCC website but how you will convince V/O that how you will perform your new task in Canada when you have no idea?? can you convince by explanation letter?? it will drive your refusal

In initial 2019 pilot project requirement, I not have noticed experience as mandatory. Yes if you have then its good.

Hi Geoche, how is the processing going? Did you have to find an agency in the Philippines? POEA and POLO instructions are confusing and don't make sense to me

Yes we paid agency in the Philippines, I am waiting now for the documents Sent through mail by our agency from the Philippines and once we received it we will send those documents to Polo Toronto after signing the documents.
