Medical exam location

Hi,

I live and work in Canada(holding work permit ) and applied for PR. Recently , while I am on my vacation outside Canada in my home country, I got request from IRCC for medical exam. I am just wondering is there gonna be any problems if I do my medical exam here in my home country?
