This is a volunteer forum. If you want to claim asylum then you must get a visitor visa to Canada (show funds, ties to home country travel history, purpose) and then claim at the airport. Or leave your country and apply as a refugee with UNHCR who will decide where are settled.

If you wish to claim asylum in Canada, you will need to obtain a tourist visa (TRV) and travel to Canada. Once you arrive in Canada, you can then claim asylum.
