Thank you for your response.
I arrived to Canada in 2006. I resided there for couple of years, however I struggled with settling in. My parents put a lot of pressure on me to return back home. Today, the situation is different. My father passed away and my mom is much older now and doesn’t rely the people around her. My siblings will be able to take care of her if I were to leave the country.
I have a PHD from a respected Canadian University as well as years of work experience in Canadá. This can help me settle in easier.
I appreciate you for introducing to me the idea of entering the border from US.
In the chances I get reported at the US border, how can I strengthen my case and preserve my PR status? (getting a job, buying an apartment, etc.)
