What IRCC really want to see is a job offer with indefinite duration, which you should try your best to get one. As AlmostThere2 just said anything shorter than an indefinite one could be potentially risky.

Also as I said, since you are inland you are opened to many other programs. The new "TR2PR" variant will almost certainly work in your favor. Try dating a Canadian if you are not married and convince them to sponsor you. Guys, please give me guidance here, I don't know what to do. I am working right now in Canada(Montreal) under a closed WP with a valid LMIA(Started the job 3 months ago so no CEC for me).
I have received a job offer letter when I signed my contract for the Work Permit but there is no mention of potentially hiring me when I become Permanant.

Just a regular job offer letter with salary, hours, etc.

The issue I have here is I can't add the job to my EE profile because I still don't understand what a valid job offer is. I have received so many
contradictory answers that I honestly don't know who is right.

My score without the Job offer is 495. With the job, it is 445. I have a good chance with 445 but honestly with 495, I am not sure.

I think you made a typo in your numbers.
Your offer letter must say that the company will keep you for at least 1 year after you get PPR.

I dunno about work permits of canada. i simply make quick response posts to queries especially for users who are in urgent.

My work permit will be valid for two years but my work permit's job offer letter doesn't mention PR at any point. Just a trial period for 9 months, with salary, etc.

I have a friend who is CEC and is claiming his job. He is currently working at a shitty place because the other offers he got were contract. He mentioned to claim the job, it can't be temporary contract, but rather a fixed position, even though his work permit is only 3 years. So this might be what it means.

Oh, I understand that. But how many are there? I hoped it would slow down once draws resumed. I hope this is not a trend that will last.
