I applied for my study visa on June 3rd through new portal and bio was updated but medicals were not updated yet.
Is there any one who applied same as me and got their visa.
what will be the processing time?

So no concerns as you are within normal processing times. Review should start within the month. Decision in September. If sooner, then you are fortunate.
