I need help getting my final processing done. UNABLE TO REACH IRCC. UNABLE TO OBTAIN Passport Request Letter Again vs EXTENSION of the Passport Request Letter.

I had reached out to VFS NY multiple times to track my application both by chat and by phone. I was told repeatedly by the staff that no further documents were pending from my end and that this was evidenced by the fact that my passport was sent to IRCC for final processing. I have since not been informed that any documents have been pending. Given that my passport was not sent back to me for four weeks, I tried to follow up about the status of my application. I was repeatedly told that since the application was sent to IRCC on June 16th, it's certain that the application is complete. I am now very disappointed to receive the news that my application was not processed because of pending documents, which I was not even informed about, and still don't understand.

Can anyone help, please? My travel dates in the next one week.

It's hard to understand your post.

What have you applied for? A TRV? What documents are pending?

Ultimately there's no way to force IRCC to make a final decision in your application.

I have applied for Visitor Visa. Done with online application submission and biometrics. They sent me an original passport request letter. I sent all my documents. VFS then kept my application for a month without telling me that there was a missing money order from the package (which I know for sure that I had sent, so I'm not sure where that money order went). Now my application with my passport has come back. My original passport request letter, which is valid for only 30 days, has expired. I wrote a web form requesting for another passport request letter to send my passport back for final processing, but I have not heard back from IRCC at all.

Yes a Temporary Resident Visa - Visitor Visa. And my travel is coming up in 10 days and I don't know what to do. I cannot cancel my trip

If you don’t get a trv, you won’t have much of a choice but to cancel your trip.

Generally speaking it's taking at least a few weeks right now but longer is certainly possible.
