I applied Online and everything was completed on July 12, 2022 (updated - July 13, 2022)

how long does it take to get the oath update in the portal?

Do we get any ghost update before oath update?

Between 1 day to 6+ months! I see you are processed by Niagara Falls. I am as well and waiting. They seem to be slow recently, but your timeline is pretty fast. Everything except oath was set to Completed for me as of June 10, updated in tracker June 13, and no word since them.
