Super Visa for Indian Parents from USA

Hi,
I am a Canadian PR. My Parents holding US visitor visa are in USA with my brother. Can I apply super visa for them from US? If so, May I know the processing time and is there any complication? Any additional steps I need to follow? Can anyone please advise

Yes you can but it will likely be harder to get approved because their ties to their home country will not be as strong.
