Hi,
I am Yomna from Egypt. I am 24 years. I am married and going to study in Canada with my husband and kids. I am a mother of two.
As for proof of funds, I don’t have bank account ever. I opened one yesterday so I can’t get bank statements for 4 months!
My tuition fees and all of us cost of living is about 33,000 CAD$ for the first year. I have only about 20,000 to 22,000 CAD$ can my uncle sponsor me with his bank account?
- If yes. Should he have the all cost of us or just the rest of 33,000 ?
Thanks

You should show that you can sponsor yourself if you want your whole family to come with you. You need to have at least $33K in your bank account - however you really should show more since if you only meet that minimum, IRCC may be concerned with how you plan to pay for future years.

It will weaken your application and result in a high chance of refusal if your uncle sponsors you. You and your husband need to be able to show that you can pay for all of this on your own.
