Hello folks,

I have applied for SOWP from India. My partner is in Canada and is in the 3rd semester currently out of 4 semesters. My partner reached Canada in January 2022 and we put up our file in Feb 2022. When we submitted the SOWP file, my partner didn't had job and was in the 2nd semester. Now, my partner is in 3rd semester. Our review has already started.

My question is that should I raise a webform of my partner with the 3rd semester enrollment, fees paid of 3rd semester with the payslips of job. I'm in dilemma if I should or shouldn't as our review has already started. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Did you attach LOA and Enrollment letter while submitting SOWP?

If not, you can either raise webform and attach current enrollment or in some cases since review has begun, you may receive Additional Doc request asking for proof of enrollment

I am sure you know that the primary requirement for SOWP when invitee is a student is that he/she is actively enrolled in a DLI

Yes, I did attach LOA and the enrollment letter of 2nd semester. However, now my partner is in 3rd semester so do I have to upload it using a webform of 3rd semester?
