Same. I've booked travel though - will cancel or come back early if needed. No point putting life fully on hold. Montreal LVO doesn't have the best speed either. Just our luck. SMH.

When is that ? They are still accepting paper.
That's what puzzles me still. While they have placed the Online application link ahead of the paper one, they're still accepting. Until they fully stop we won't see a major jump in speed for online apps.

I have a trip out of the country coming up in Jul/Aug - I've kept it flexible in case the Oath comes up and conflicts with it, but still this anxiety of 'are we there yet?' is killing me. /rant.
So is the oath in Quebec pledging loyalty to the Queen or QLP Quebec Language police ? Just curious .

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum. My spouse applied for citizenship and got a request to provide fingerprints. We received the document from RCMP today by mail. It looks like we have to send the fingerprints to IRCC ourselves. Just wondering if we can scan the document and use the webform here (https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp) to provide them? Or if we have to send the document by mail/courier to the office specify in the letter. Ours is the Montreal office.

The timeline for the tracker
Online application
Single
Sent August 29th 2021
AOR November 16th 2021
Ghost updates April 5th and 6th 2022
FP request May 26th 2022
Fingerprints sent to RCMP on May 26th 2022
Fingerprints received from RCMP on June 2nd 2022 (the fingerprints were processed on May 30 (date on document), mailed on June 1st (stamp on letter) and received on June 2nd)

On the IRCC portal, it shows an update on May 27th but nothing has change in the application history beside the AOR on Novembre16th. The fingerprints request does not appear. Which is why I am wondering how we are suppose to send them the document.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

New here and joining to commiserate. I am not having a great time with IRCC at this point- my PR card renewal has been stuck at Decision Made since Feb and my citizenship application has the double whammies of being online and processed in Montreal. Sigh.

My timeline:
Online application submitted Aug 15
AOR- Oct 25
Background Complete- Mar 21
Test in Progress- Mar 23
Test- Apr 2
Test marked completed - Apr 5

Nothing since then, but fingers crossed!

Side question: is processing time (12mo/27mo) considered from app delivered or is it considered from AOR?
